Data from Excel spreadsheets or other external sources can also be easily uploaded. The simple inclusion of budgets and targets within the chart of accounts helps you to measure actual versus anticipated performance with ease.
The Sales Ledger is created with pro-activity at its core. It will help maximize your cash flow with an automatically generated Direct Debiting Facility. It will allow you to conduct business with your customers in a paperless fashion with the full scope of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for Price Catalogue, Proofs of Dispatch, Invoices and Credit Notes. You can massively reduce filing and improve customer service with the automatic storage and retrieval of Invoices, Credit Notes and Delivery Documentation.
The Purchase Ledger will easily manage your supplier accounts and remittances regardless of currency. It can cope with a wide variety of payment methods and all transactions are automatically posted to the nominal.
The system also comes complete with a powerful Business Analysis Tool, which uses a library of customisable, preloaded KPIs and OLAP facilities to provide you with a greater insight into the actual, real time financial progress of your company.
