Terminal Lock will help to form part of your internal security policy and will prove invaluable in protecting your Credit Union business. A problem facing all institutions is human error and lack of accountability. Terminal Lock will provide your staff members with a pin that must be used in conjunction with a Smart Card which is inserted into their keyboard in order to gain access to the Credit Union network. Staff cannot access LOCUS or anything else on the network unless they have their card and correct pin.
This helps to prevent staff members logging onto the system under the same username and password, making audit tasks and accountability much more transparent.
