LOCUS inbuilt Document Management system is a powerful and creative tool allowing the Credit Union to convert its paper documents into electronic images.
This tool gives the Credit Union the ability to easily index, through the use of barcodes, any member form or photograph against a particular members account in a safe,
efficient electronic format.

LOCUS Document Management system is fully integrated into the core LOCUS system allowing for a quick and easy image and document retrieval. Documents and images are stored against an individual’s account eliminating the possibility of human error in the filing process.
These images can be retrieved at the click of a button through any screen in LOCUS.
Within the Document Management system your Credit Union will have the ability to create your own loan templates and new member application forms among other form types. This will help to act as a significant cost saving on expensive pre-printed stationary with form production moving to standard A4 printer paper.
The templates designed by the Credit Union will be stored on LOCUS, this will allow for much faster form production; for example when a member is applying for a loan, information such as name and address will be retrievable from the system and will be automatically placed on the template meaning staff will not have to re-key information that is already available on the system.
With the ability to edit and control your Credit Union forms your Credit Union can easily respond to changes that need to be made resulting from regulatory requirements, new product offerings or policy changes.
