Wellington Awarded ISO 27001 Security Certification

Wellington have become the only IT supplier to Credit Unions in Ireland to be independently assessed and awarded ISO 27001:2005 certification for Information Security Management Systems. This now means that our customers can be assured that they are working with an IT provider who themselves are operating under internationally recognised information security standards.

To mark this achievement a presentation of the ISO certificate was held in Dublin yesterday. Minister for Enterprise, Jobs and Innovation, Richard Bruton presented the Certificate to Wellington’s Managing Director Alex Dunne.
